1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "s44" refers to the s44 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at s44.asia and all associated sub-pages and services.
• "Platform" means the s44 website, mobile web application, and any other digital interface through which s44 services are accessed.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the s44 Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the s44 Platform in any capacity.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, virtual sports, crash games, and any other wagering or gaming products made available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which s44 accounts are operated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an Account and use the s44 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. s44 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request identity documents at any time to verify your age.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual players.
• You must not already hold an existing s44 Account. Each individual person may hold one Account only. Creating a second Account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all Accounts held by that individual and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid phone number, and any other details requested by s44.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. You must register and use your Account solely for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of s44 or any of its technology, game, or payment partners.

s44 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of the right to suspend or close an Account subsequently if eligibility conditions are found not to have been met.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

s44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity, age, and the source of funds used for deposits. You may be required to submit verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account registered in your name, or bank statement).
• A selfie holding your photo ID, if requested by the s44 compliance team.

Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. s44 will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods that do not match the verified name on the Account. Documents must be submitted in a clear, legible format via the contact channel specified in your verification request notification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on s44 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). s44 does not hold or process USD, EUR, or any other foreign currency. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. s44 does not set a standard maximum single deposit, but may apply limits at account level based on verification status or risk assessment.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically process within 3–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the Account, and that is registered in the Account holder's verified name.
• s44 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, over which s44 has no control.
• s44 reserves the right to apply additional processing time to any withdrawal pending a compliance review, verification check, or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any deposits made to s44 that cannot be matched to an active, verified Account may be held or returned at s44's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

s44 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts at s44's discretion. s44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotion terms. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money balances are used first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or betting markets specified in the promotion terms. Using a Bonus on ineligible products may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Players may not hold more than one active Bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms explicitly permit it.
• s44 reserves the right to void any Bonus and related winnings if it determines that the Bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, collusion, use of multiple Accounts, or any form of Bonus abuse.
• Promotional offers are available to players aged 21 and above only. Players who have applied for self-exclusion are not eligible for any promotional offers during the exclusion period.

6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

The following rules govern all gaming and betting activity on the s44 Platform:

• All casino games on s44 use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by s44 or by any player action outside of standard gameplay.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others) are subject to the rules as presented by the live dealer on screen. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. Placed bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation.
• s44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement, unless the market is specifically designated as an in-play market.
• s44 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle any bet at alternative odds if it determines that a manifest error occurred in the odds compilation, or if there is evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or other integrity concerns affecting the relevant event.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply. Where a payout limit applies, it will be displayed within the relevant betting market.
• Any use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets on s44 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Responsible Gaming

s44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps via Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure in-platform alerts to notify them after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used for deposits or wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from s44 via Account Settings or by contacting support. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications cease and no bets or deposits will be accepted.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

s44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or collusion.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or any form of software to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or any exploiting of Platform errors or technical faults.
• Failure to meet or maintain the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the responsible gaming policy.

Upon Account closure for breach, s44 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance remains after a lawful investigation confirms no fraudulent activity, s44 will return the verified real-money balance to the player's last verified payment method, less any Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus play that had not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the s44 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of s44 or its licensed game and technology providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the s44 Platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used to operate the Platform.
• Use s44's name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, whether caused by service interruption, technical fault, or any other reason.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, device failures, or any other infrastructure outside s44's direct control.
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from third-party game provider software faults, provided that s44 takes commercially reasonable steps to have such errors corrected or voided in a timely manner.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising in connection with your use of s44, even if s44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits s44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Use

s44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• s44 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions. Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers.
• s44 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Changes to These Terms

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

13. Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the authoritative language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not override or supersede the English-language version of these Terms.
